The price does not include the local tax, which is charged per day and person (from 14 years).

We ask for payment by bank transfer (before the start of your holiday) or by EC card on site.

Cancellation policy
The reservation can be cancelled up to 31 days before the day of arrival at the latest without paying a cancellation fee.
Only the deposit will be retained. In case of cancellation in the period between the 30th day before the agreed arrival date and the arrival date itself, the guest is obliged to pay the following cancellation fees:
Cancellation up to 14 days before the arrival date at the latest: 40% of the agreed total price.
Cancellation less than 14 days before the arrival date: 100% of the agreed total price.
In the event of late arrival or early departure, the full amount for the entire booking period must be paid.

Arrival and departure
Arrival: from 4:00 pm
Departure: until 9:00 am
On request, you can stay in the flat longer than 9:00 am on the day of departure. You also have the option of arriving earlier and spending the time until check-in on the farm or in the surrounding area. Should you arrive late, please let us know or give us a call.
Pets
Dogs and other pets are unfortunately not allowed in our accommodation. We ask for your understanding.
Parking
You can park for free in our covered car park.
WiFi
Wi-Fi is available free of charge in all apartments.
